Oov Class

Whether you are looking to decompress your spine or want a unique way to connect with your body and breath, the Oov offers the perfect opportunity. The unique design of the Oov is based on the curves and spirals of the body which allows it to challenge all planes of motion. This design facilitates a three-dimensional experience, engaging both the nervous and fascial systems. This class will focus on strengthening functional movement patterns, improving balance, and reducing rigidity in the body.     

We will be at Sun Moon Dance Studio Sunday mornings at 9 am for the following dates:

May 5th

On May 11th we will be in the Village of Oak Creek at Village Yoga from 12:30-2 pm for an Oov workshop.

If you bring your own Oov to class, the cost is $25. However, if you need to borrow an Oov, availability is limited. Please contact me to ensure the correct size. The class fee is $40 if you are borrowing an Oov.
